The Role of This Website

This is a private reference service with no government ties. It stores no official custody records and cannot confirm custody, release a person, or file a government document.

The pages point visitors toward Delta County and Texas inmate or jail-record resources and may connect them with outside research tools.

Acceptable Use Rules

You agree to use the site responsibly and only for lawful purposes.

• Do not stalk, harass, threaten, or harm another person.

No Consumer Reports or Screening

Delta County Released Inmates is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It supplies no background check, credit report, consumer report, or screening service, and its advertising partners do not provide such services through this site. You agree not to use information for:

• Hiring, firing, or another employment decision
• Tenant selection or housing screening
• Creditworthiness, lending, or insurance pricing
• Licensing, permits, or government-program eligibility
• Any other purpose regulated by the FCRA

Links and Services Outside Our Control

Links may lead to release records, sheriff or corrections websites, government portals, legal-aid resources, and independent search services. A link is not an endorsement. We do not control the destination's content, uptime, security, or data practices, so review its terms before use.

Service Provided As Is

The site and its content are provided “as is” without express or implied warranties. We do not promise:

• That information is complete, accurate, or current
• That access will always be uninterrupted
• That every error, defect, or security weakness is absent
• That a partner search will be comprehensive

Custody and public records change often. Nothing published here is an official statement by the Delta County Sheriff's Office, TDCJ, a court, or another agency.

If One Provision Is Invalid

If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. The affected language will be adjusted only as much as needed to make it enforceable.
